Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools essential for accurate project analysis.
• Strong understanding of construction project requirements and industry standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
