Overview

  • Drive strategic management of modern workplace tools to enhance collaboration and productivity across the organization.
  • Lead adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365 applications, aligning solutions with business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow improvements and implement effective solutions.
  • Define and track success metrics to measure the impact of productivity tools on organizational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance and security standards are met while maintaining user-friendly systems.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on oversight to ensure platform stability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for enterprise productivity tools, focusing on Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Lead initiatives to increase user adoption and satisfaction with collaboration platforms like Teams and SharePoint.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable product strategies.
  • Coordinate change management activities, including training and communication plans for new features.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure tools meet compliance requirements without compromising usability.
  • Monitor and analyze user feedback to refine and improve productivity tools continuously.
  • Evaluate and test new features to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing enterprise productivity technologies; 15 years preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and their practical implementation.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive consensus across diverse teams.
  • Experience in lifecycle management, including adoption, optimization, and governance of productivity tools.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and security considerations for enterprise platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide teams and stakeholders effectively.
