Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive project strategies aligned with client goals and industry standards.
• Coordinate design and construction phases, ensuring thorough documentation and effective communication.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining high performance standards.
• Integrate advanced building technologies to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
• Oversee construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and site inspections.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance across all project stages.
• Develop and refine documentation templates to maintain consistency and quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and ensuring timely delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with 12 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing industrial fulfillment and distribution projects.
• Strong knowledge of building technologies and construction documentation processes.
• Experience with construction administration activities, including RFIs and site inspections.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively with external consultants.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations and project dynamics.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently with precision and efficiency.
