Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with 12 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing industrial fulfillment and distribution projects.
- Strong knowledge of building technologies and construction documentation processes.
- Experience with construction administration activities, including RFIs and site inspections.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively with external consultants.
