Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project strategies aligned with client goals and industry standards.
  • Coordinate design and construction phases, ensuring thorough documentation and effective communication.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with 12 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing industrial fulfillment and distribution projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building technologies and construction documentation processes.
  • Experience with construction administration activities, including RFIs and site inspections.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively with external consultants.
  • Exceptional communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations and project dynamics.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently with precision and efficiency.
