Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York State, including DEA authorization for prescribing controlled substances.
• Master of Science in Nursing or equivalent advanced degree, showcasing advanced clinical training.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care or geriatric specialties.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to patient locations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and optimize patient care delivery.
