Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with client expectations.
  • Monitor construction progress through site visits and address design-related challenges.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and professionals to integrate technical requirements into designs.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to applicable building codes and sustainability standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
  • Drive innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design; 12 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities within architectural teams.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
