Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design; 12 years preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
