Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage all phases of MEP project execution, from planning and design to closeout.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of designs.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate challenges effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
