Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring accounting teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and auditing practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools is essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to support strategic decision-making.
