Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in preconstruction management; 10 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
• Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project plans effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide project teams.
