Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver psychosocial interventions to hospice patients and families, ensuring compassionate and effective care.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Social Work degree from an accredited institution.
  • LMSW or LCSW licensure required for practice in New York State.
  • Minimum of one year of healthcare social work experience; hospice or palliative care preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for success.
