Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the operating room, including scheduling and resource management.

Job Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing or RN diploma required; BSN preferred.
- Active registered nurse license in the state of practice or compact license.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent surgical experience in a hospital setting.
- 3+ years of leadership experience as Charge RN or OR Manager preferred.
- Proficiency in robotics and orthopedics procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of AORN guidelines and surgical safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage operations effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and implement performance improvement initiatives.
