Job Description

Overview

  • Join a dynamic payroll team ensuring precise compensation processing and compliance.
  • Support domestic and international payroll operations, including journal entries and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Assist in audits, compliance checks, and ad hoc financial analyses.
  • Prepare quarterly data for tax provision calculations and international forecasts.
  • Provide backup support for payroll processes during team member absences.
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with property tax and tenant financial requirements.
  • Engage in tenant communications and manage receivables effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Record journal entries for compensation accounts of domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
  • Prepare variance analyses and detailed commentary for payroll accounts.
  • Assist in audits covering payroll, benefits, and SOX compliance.
  • Compile compensation and benefit forecasts for international entities.
  • Engage with tenants to manage receivables and financial communications.
  • Collaborate on property tax delinquencies and tenant financial organization.
  • Provide quarterly data for tax calculations and compliance reporting.
  • Support payroll continuity during team member absences.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll operations and financial reporting essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate across departments effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
