Overview
- Assist in managing carpentry operations for construction projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Support the Superintendent in overseeing ground-up construction projects with a focus on carpentry tasks.
- Collaborate with trades and subcontractors to maintain project efficiency and standards.
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Provide technical guidance and support to carpentry teams during project execution.
- Assist in resolving on-site challenges and maintaining smooth project progress.
- Participate in progress meetings and contribute to project reporting efforts.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry or construction supervision; 5 years preferred.

- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background required.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and construction processes.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
