Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail for precise cost assessments.
