Overview

• Lead self-perform construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute construction activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management; 7 years preferred.
• Proven ability to manage self-perform construction projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
