Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and accuracy.
  • Analyze accounting records and perform reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
  • Calculate carried interest, profits, and losses in line with fund agreements.
  • Set up and manage investment structures, including tax blockers and holding companies.
  • Determine current and deferred tax liabilities and expenses accurately.
  • Assist in onboarding new funds and training team members to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold high standards of technical and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in private equity fund accounting; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in consolidations with non-controlling interests and waterfall allocations.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
