Overview
- Lead operational support for fund intermediary partners and retail clients in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
- Oversee external transfer agent providers, ensuring compliance with fund prospectus requirements and operational excellence.
- Manage trading activities across omnibus and direct accounts, ensuring seamless client interactions and documentation accuracy.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal teams to address client requests and enhance service delivery.
- Support sales teams in offshore fund distribution and contribute to board reporting processes.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using advanced tools to optimize workflows and reporting accuracy.
- Monitor large cash flows impacting investor concentration and oversee critical performance metrics.
- Conduct operational risk assessments and manage vendor relationships effectively through on-site and virtual engagements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide comprehensive operational support to fund intermediary partners and retail clients, ensuring superior service delivery standards.
- Oversee call center operations, address investor inquiries, and manage account-related processes for direct accounts.
- Draft and coordinate client communications, ensuring alignment with fund requirements and regulatory standards.
- Monitor external transfer agency providers and conduct operational visits to assess risk and compliance.
- Collaborate with product management teams on fund modifications and new fund launches.
- Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, enhance data insights, and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage industry reporting obligations and participate in relevant surveys to maintain compliance.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required.
- Minimum of 8 years managing teams and supporting operational aspects of 40 Act Funds.
- Series 7 and Series 24 certifications required; Series 66 or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with expertise in handling large datasets and visualizing data effectively.
- Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and operational enhancement.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
