Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Update electronic medical records with precise patient information and visit details, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage call volume and maintain service quality.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; 3 years preferred for optimal performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records systems is essential.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred for enhanced communication.
