Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote hospice services effectively.
  • Conduct community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of hospice care offerings.
  • Support patients and families by explaining hospice services and facilitating enrollment processes.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless delivery of hospice services.
  • Identify and cultivate referral opportunities to drive census growth and service utilization.
  • Represent the organization at community events and professional gatherings to enhance visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and outcomes to track performance.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community engagement.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of hospice or palliative care services is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
