Overview

  • Lead preconstruction planning for diverse construction projects, ensuring precise cost estimation and strategic resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects across various sectors and scales.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
  • Analyze project requirements and propose innovative solutions to meet objectives effectively.
  • Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services.
  • Lead preconstruction meetings and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in preconstruction management roles, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction software and tools for cost estimation and planning.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in preconstruction.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to analyze complex project requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards in all preconstruction activities.
