Job Description

Overview

  • Manage complex wastewater construction projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery across diverse locations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources for optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and industry safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide technical expertise in wastewater construction methodologies and practices.
  • Travel extensively to project sites to oversee operations and resolve challenges.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the construction framework.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and monitor wastewater construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wastewater construction projects; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and industry safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites as required.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
