Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC).

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse populations.
• Ability to interpret clinical documentation and implement care strategies effectively.
• Experience in conducting member assessments and clinical reviews preferred.
