Architectural Project Manager

Overview

• Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovative designs and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver functional and aesthetically compelling solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal outcomes and maintain efficiency.
• Utilize advanced design software, including Revit, for precise project documentation and visualization.
• Oversee construction phases, ensuring compliance with architectural plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration within the team.
• Maintain strong client communication to address needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed on industry trends and integrate best practices into project execution and design strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage comprehensive architectural project plans aligned with client requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to achieve project goals effectively.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and other advanced design tools.
• Monitor project progress, addressing challenges to ensure timelines and budgets are met successfully.
• Conduct site visits to verify construction aligns with design intent, standards, and specifications.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss updates, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout all project phases.
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates on project status, milestones, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural project management; 12 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation purposes is essential.
• Strong background in commercial construction; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and project execution processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive project success effectively.
• Effective communication skills for client and team interactions and presentations.
• Architectural licensure is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
