Overview

  • Lead financial operations as a Senior Accounting Analyst in a hybrid work environment, driving strategic decision-making and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee fund accounting, tax processes, and financial reporting with a commitment to accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Review fund expenses and accruals, ensuring precision and timeliness in month-end close activities.
  • Coordinate audits and tax filings, collaborating with internal teams and external administrators effectively.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, investor reports, and tax materials to support strategic initiatives.
  • Manage capital calls and distributions, including carried interest and investor allocations with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Support valuation processes by reviewing portfolio models and conducting quarterly assessments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles; 4 years preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant designation preferred for advanced proficiency and credibility.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.
  • Experience in private equity, venture capital, or alternative asset management is beneficial.
