Overview

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver medium to large-scale commercial projects successfully.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, materials, and equipment, for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all phases of project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, trade partners, and team members.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and reputation of the client within the construction industry.
  • Monitor project progress, implementing corrective actions to ensure objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Perform risk assessments to minimize project risks and address issues proactively.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience managing medium to large-scale commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning and tracking progress.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required for project oversight.
  • Capability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and trade partners.
