Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Calculate and analyze fund, mandate, and account performance metrics, ensuring precision and compliance.
  • Assist in constructing model portfolios and conducting performance attribution analysis.
  • Collaborate with investment teams and leadership to deliver comprehensive performance reports.
  • Validate cash flow inputs and review methodologies with accounting teams for accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal performance reporting protocols.
  • Provide performance data for marketing materials, RFPs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to support performance calculations.
  • Showcase an entrepreneurial mindset in problem-solving and independent decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced certifications (CIPM, CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or valuation; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in performance metrics, fund structures, and financial calculations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, fund accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Practical knowledge of private equity, private credit, and bespoke transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and functions.
