Project Manager

Overview

• Lead and manage diverse construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to industry standards in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize project scope, budgets, and schedules effectively.

• Mentor and support junior staff and Assistant Project Managers to encourage professional growth.
• Monitor project performance, proactively addressing challenges to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and innovation of the construction division.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates for effective management and tracking.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Resolve issues or conflicts during construction to maintain project momentum and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout all phases of project execution.
• Ensure strict compliance with environmental and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with leadership to align projects with organizational goals and strategic vision.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects effectively and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning and execution.
