Job Description

Overview

  • Support fund finance operations focusing on Middle Market CLOs, ABL, and structured finance solutions, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily compliance reporting for CLOs and leverage facilities, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting, including trustee and borrowing base reports, ensuring data integrity.
  • Drive operational data strategies by identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with loan administrators, trustees, and service providers to ensure robust operational controls.
  • Perform detailed reconciliations across systems and providers to maintain consistent and accurate data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on strategic technology initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
  • Support Investor Relations, Accounting, and Compliance teams with data requests and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide operational oversight and expertise in fund finance strategies and structured finance solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with daily and periodic reporting requirements for CLOs and leverage facilities.
  • Manage trustee reporting, payment date reporting, and borrowing base reporting processes.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve operational processes and data strategies.
  • Oversee loan administrators and trustees, ensuring accurate data capture and operational controls.
  • Perform reconciliations across service providers to maintain data consistency and integrity.
  • Collaborate on technology initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address investor and compliance-related inquiries and requests.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CLO or structured finance operations; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with IVP and WSO systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and performing detailed reconciliations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards.
