Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and production tasks for podcasts and digital media projects.
• Prepare guests and organize materials for podcast episodes and media initiatives.
• Manage website updates, ensuring content accuracy and organization.
• Archive outdated digital materials and maintain site quality and relevance.
• Assist in digital publishing and communications support tasks to enhance outreach.
• Research speakers, topics, and trends to support podcast discussions and content strategy.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and engaging content ideas.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance content production and delivery effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital media, communications, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using new digital tools and platforms effectively.
• Interest in emerging technologies or defense topics is highly preferred.
• Experience with podcasting, audio production, or content management is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields is required.
