Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Prepare detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Lead client meetings and design reviews to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration tasks to ensure quality execution.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes and regulations relevant to project locations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Registered Architect certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project).
- Strong technical design, construction documentation, and graphic presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and experience with government agencies preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
