  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, delivering innovative solutions across diverse sectors including healthcare, education, residential, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Lead client meetings and design reviews to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration tasks to ensure quality execution.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes and regulations relevant to project locations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Architect certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project).
  • Strong technical design, construction documentation, and graphic presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes and experience with government agencies preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
