Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations of Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum units ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with healthcare standards and organizational goals.
- Monitor staff performance, providing training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
- Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial stewardship.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain high standards of care.

Job Requirements
- Current Florida RN license or recognized Compact Licensure, subject to state requirements.
- Associate of Science degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and Intermediate/Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery management; 3 years preferred.
- Proven ability to manage teams and oversee high-volume patient care operations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in budgeting, marketing, and healthcare service coordination.
