Overview

• Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables effectively.
• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material acquisition.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare and present detailed project reports to executive management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management is essential.
• Preferred 6 years of experience in a similar executive-level role.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
