  • Lead radiology services at a healthcare organization, ensuring operational excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Oversee diagnostic and therapeutic imaging operations, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align imaging services with organizational goals.
  • Enhance service delivery, patient throughput, and technology utilization across modalities.
  • Focus on team engagement and fostering a culture of excellence within radiology.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for long-term imaging and oncology service growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in imaging workflows.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance imaging and oncology service integration and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide leadership for diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize imaging systems and workflows.
  • Strengthen collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  • Address staffing challenges and foster team engagement within radiology services.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance in imaging practices.
  • Monitor and improve throughput and turnaround times for imaging services.
  • Lead initiatives to stabilize and elevate imaging and oncology service lines.
  • Partner with organizational leadership to align service objectives and strategies for success.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in acute care imaging leadership.
  • Preferred 6 years of experience in Level I/II Trauma or academic centers.
  • Proven operational leadership across multiple imaging modalities.
  • Expertise in PACS/RIS systems and oncology workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and organizational leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance within imaging services.
  • Demonstrated ability to stabilize and enhance imaging service lines in high-acuity environments.
