Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in patient care delivery.
• At least four years of leadership experience in healthcare settings.
• Active Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification.
• Proven expertise in clinical operations and healthcare regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster team collaboration.
• Experience in leading quality improvement and safety initiatives.
