Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee emergency services staffing, ensuring clinical competencies align with patient care demands.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; 5 years preferred.
• Proven leadership skills in managing emergency services operations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to develop and manage departmental budgets efficiently.
