POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics to identify staffing needs and opportunities.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in suitable roles.
• Analyze industry trends and market demands to craft effective recruitment and business development strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with client goals and organizational objectives.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations.
• Develop creative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates in the healthcare sector.
• Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
• Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and relevance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and business development.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing trends and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
