Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily clinical operations, ensuring compassionate and high-quality patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize workflow and scheduling for efficiency.
- Monitor infection control practices and adherence to evidence-based protocols and standards.
- Lead staff onboarding, education, training programs, and performance evaluations to support professional growth.
- Oversee procurement of medical supplies and controlled substances, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Prepare for regulatory surveys, maintaining policies, documentation, and compliance readiness.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, patient satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical policies and safety initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing, with BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of three years of ambulatory surgery experience as a Registered Nurse.
- At least one year of administrative or management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams effectively.
- Experience with electronic medical records and scheduling systems preferred.
- Training in sterile processing or infection control practices is advantageous.
- Associate degree in nursing or related field required; advanced certifications preferred.
