Overview

• Prepare for accreditation surveys and audits, ensuring compliance documentation is up-to-date.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and safety protocols to uphold high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily clinical operations, ensuring compassionate and high-quality patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize workflow and scheduling for efficiency.
• Monitor infection control practices and adherence to evidence-based protocols and standards.
• Lead staff onboarding, education, training programs, and performance evaluations to support professional growth.
• Oversee procurement of medical supplies and controlled substances, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Prepare for regulatory surveys, maintaining policies, documentation, and compliance readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, patient satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of clinical policies and safety initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing, with BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of three years of ambulatory surgery experience as a Registered Nurse.
• At least one year of administrative or management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams effectively.
• Experience with electronic medical records and scheduling systems preferred.
• Training in sterile processing or infection control practices is advantageous.
• Associate degree in nursing or related field required; advanced certifications preferred.
