Commercial Project Manager

Overview

• Manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables effectively.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, addressing challenges proactively and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements in all phases.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts and reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implementing strategies for successful project outcomes.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to support project success and future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial project management; 4 years preferred.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools is essential.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively.
• Ability to analyze project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and detailed reporting.
• Experience with budget management and cost control practices is highly valued.
