Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Draft and detail architectural designs, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to refine designs and meet project objectives effectively.
• Review drawings for accuracy, adherence to regulations, and alignment with design intent.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, showcasing design concepts and solutions professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline design processes and enhance project outcomes.
• Participate in public meetings and planning board presentations, representing project designs effectively.
• Contribute to wood frame and podium construction projects, leveraging expertise in these methods.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with 8 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit software for drafting, detailing, and modeling is essential.
• Experience with mixed-use and boutique apartment projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of wood frame and podium construction methods is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
