Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with 8 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit software for drafting, detailing, and modeling is essential.
- Experience with mixed-use and boutique apartment projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of wood frame and podium construction methods is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
