Job Description

Overview

  • Assist in managing heavy highway construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams on asphalt paving and infrastructure projects.
  • Contribute to site development and large-scale public project execution.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in client and stakeholder communication for project updates.
  • Assist in managing project documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure efficient execution of construction activities.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Support procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy highway construction projects.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in project management roles.
  • Familiarity with asphalt paving, site development, and infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in construction.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
