Overview

  • Lead diverse construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality across healthcare, residential, and educational sectors.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to achieve organizational and client goals.
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks to maintain timelines and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and project specifications throughout construction phases.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation and reporting for transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, aligning with organizational objectives and client expectations.
  • Develop detailed budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to optimize resource allocation and project success.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve milestones and foster effective collaboration.
  • Manage subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement processes to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Monitor job progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications throughout construction phases.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
  • Proven expertise in healthcare, residential, or educational construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control methodologies.
  • Experience with construction management software such as Procore is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive project success and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale builds effectively.
