Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
- Proven expertise in healthcare, residential, or educational construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control methodologies.
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive project success and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale builds effectively.
