Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with design leaders to elevate practices and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Lead the design studio across offices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on design standards, tools, and processes to project teams.
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Research and share market trends and innovations to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal preparation.
  • Promote the firm’s design voice through marketing initiatives and award submissions.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in interior architecture, focusing on commercial interiors.
  • Licensed Architect or Interior Designer with LEED CI and WELL Building accreditation.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and MS Office tools.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for client engagement and presentations.
  • Commitment to research-driven design and active participation in the design community.
  • Ability to travel as required to support organizational objectives across offices.
