Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Analyze project plans and specifications to create accurate cost estimates and budgets.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in cost estimation are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools relevant to construction projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret project specifications and financial data accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in dynamic and fast-paced project environments.
