Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
- Active, unrestricted RN license required; state-specific licensure preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient surgical settings, with orthopedic and spine surgery expertise.
- Previous experience as an OR Manager or Supervisor is mandatory.
- Demonstrated administrative and supervisory experience, including infection prevention knowledge.
- Advanced OR certification or technical training is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and drive initiatives.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
