Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance accounting or equivalent roles.
- Preferred 15 years of experience in investment accounting or financial planning.
- CPA certification is strongly preferred for this position.
- Proficiency in STAT, GAAP, and EBS accounting methodologies is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams effectively.
