Overview
- Lead acute care services, managing ICU and Medical Surgical departments to ensure exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily operations of ICU and Medical Surgical departments, ensuring seamless service delivery and patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize departmental efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate with medical staff to address patient care challenges and enhance interdisciplinary communication.
- Monitor departmental performance against benchmarks, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and healthcare quality within acute care settings.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in acute care settings; 5 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing ICU and Medical Surgical departments effectively.
- Strong knowledge of hospital policies, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead performance improvement and CQI initiatives successfully.
- Experience in budget formulation and resource management within healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
