Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling tailored to unique patient needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement integrated treatment plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions with clear objectives, focusing on short- and long-term mental health goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting services and progress.
- Identify and address child welfare concerns, coordinating with relevant authorities as necessary.
- Educate staff on psychosocial issues impacting patient care and overall health outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Master of Social Work degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Licensure in New York State as LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.
- Proven diagnostic and clinical skills with experience in diverse patient populations.
- Ability to supervise interns and participate in required supervisor training courses.
- Experience in healthcare settings and familiarity with regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous and includes additional compensation.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet patient needs.
