Job Description
Overview
- Support HR operations by managing new hire processes, ensuring accurate onboarding, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between HR and departmental hubs for payroll changes, job transfers, and attendance tracking.
- Provide comprehensive employee communications during orientation and throughout their employment lifecycle.
- Administer HRIS database updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness of personnel records.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and provide detailed information during onboarding and open enrollment periods.
- Assist with employee inquiries regarding benefits and organizational policies effectively and professionally.
- Participate in HR-related special projects and provide backup support for selected HR tasks.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all HR operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Implement new hire practices, including offer letter generation, payroll setup, and compliance documentation processing.
- Provide detailed benefits overview to new employees and assist with enrollment processes.
- Ensure accurate data entry of personnel information into HRIS systems for hiring and benefits programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits and policies promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with outsourced benefits administrators for enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Oversee time and attendance systems, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to paid time off policies.
- Provide backup support for security background functions and other HR tasks as needed.
- Participate in special HR projects and contribute to process enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline preferred, with 1+ years of HR or benefits experience required.
- Familiarity with personnel administration and legal employment policies is highly desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR database systems, with Ultipro experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to manage customer service requests professionally and accurately.
- Experience in implementing and enhancing operational processes independently.
