Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement policies to optimize ICU nursing practices and ensure adherence to healthcare standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of ICU nursing experience; 7 years preferred for optimal expertise.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in acute care settings, demonstrating strong managerial skills.
  • Certified Critical Care RN (CCRN) or equivalent certification preferred for specialized knowledge.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ICU operations, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive team success.
