Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field is required.
- State Medical Technologist license and ASCP registration are mandatory for this role.
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care laboratory supervisory experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proven leadership skills in managing laboratory operations and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory services including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to align laboratory operations with strategic goals.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimize laboratory performance.
