Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Direct accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and asset management functions.
• Lead financial close processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to GAAP standards and best practices.
• Oversee audits, tax filings, and manage relationships with external financial entities.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support organizational goals.
• Optimize ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and reporting capabilities.
• Mentor and supervise accounting teams, promoting growth, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or a related field required.
• CPA certification mandatory, with 8–12 years of relevant experience in financial leadership roles.
• Proficiency in GAAP standards and multi-entity financial consolidations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is essential.
• Proven track record in managing audits, compliance, and complex financial reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to lead and collaborate effectively.
• Experience in the music or entertainment industry is advantageous but not required.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and operational management.
